Hello! My name is Danny, and I started playing guitar when I was 15. I immediately saw its beauty and potential, and over the years played less electric and more classical. In Santa Rosa I was studying with Eric Cabalo, head of guitar studies at Sonoma State University. In 2010 I started at UC Berkeley as a math major, and quickly decided to major in music as well. I studied with Michael Goldberg for 3.5 years while at Berkeley and under his guidance developed my technique, repertoire, and musicianship. I play a variety of styles from pre-baroque to modern guitar pieces, always excited by the tonal and timbral options of the guitar. Classical guitar is a beautiful instrument, and I would love to share some music with everyone.
