This program idea was born pondering a Ravel inspired program, knowing that wrote three water-themed pieces for solo piano. From there, the rest of the program sprung forth. Enjoy a program exploring all of the different forms water music for solo piano can take: still waters, tumultuous waters, lakes and oceans, sailors and boats, and of course Ravel’s Ondine, the water spirit.
